MyFab™ Portal
SilTerra’s MyFab™, a web-based customer friendly production interface portal, is designed to enable true 24x7 access to our customers’ production information in controlled and secure environment. Customer can use MyFab™ to download Process Design Kits (PDK), technical specifications, upload Customer product tapeout information and access built-in productivity tool for gross die estimation and yield analysis reports.
More importantly, the portal allows Customer to have real-time tracking of Customer Work-In-Progress (WIP) lot status as well as checking of Electrical Test (ET) yield information upon fabout in lot level.
