Job Description
Job Responsibility 1.Responsible for companywide recruitment activities as per approved hiring requisition and headcount 2.Screen resumes form various source. 3.To schedule and conduct interview between candidates and requester (module manager or appointed rep) 4.Comply all relevant documents for Salary Proposal 5.To arrange a medical checkup for successful candidates before reports duty. 6.To ensure reference check is completed before candidate reports duty. 7.Prepare offer letter and responsible to offer the candidate by hand or postal 8.To amend and update the latest organization chart for company wide. 9.To be involved in any projects/ program which are related to the recruitment, development and improvement of Staffing Department such as Career Fair or Recruitment training. 10.To view and update the online employee requisition in the absence of Section Head Staffing 11.To conduct and involve in any visit by local or abroad universities, polytechnic?s students or Deans in-house. 12.To conduct any external recruitment activities as and when required for hiring purposes such as Walk In Interview. 13.Responsible for company recruitment advertisement either online job posting such as Jobstreet or printable advert such as newspaper. 14.Responsible to prepare a reimbursement memo to Finance for entitled candidate.
Requirements
Job Requirement : Education required: Degree in Business Admin/Management/Social Sciences or related disciplines Years of experience: Minimum 1 yr working experience. Fresh grad with related field of discipline. Skills / Abilities: Time management skills.
