Job Description
1. Operate, maintain and control advanced semiconductor equipment 2. To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer 3. To participate in team-oriented continuous improvement 4. To maximize yield, reduce cycle time and increase productivity 5. To interface with manufacturing engineering and maintenance technicians. 6. To ensure the daily production target is met 7. To ensure productivity improvement 8. To ensure good cycle time 9. To ensure safety, housekeeping, and discipline in the Fab 10. Support meeting company's quality and reliability goal
Requirements
1. Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, IT or engineering-related fields 2. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply 3. Computer skills and English proficiency required 4. Willing to work shift
