Job Description
Job Responsibility : 1. In charge of Inline defect reduction and line sustaining activities 2. To carry out inline defect reduction project, especially in emerging technologies project. To attend customer requirements including conference call, visit, audit and weekly report. 3. Implement, enhance and sustain inline defect monitoring system. 4. To do line troubleshooting/analysis related to inline defect issues. 5. Generate/revise inline related spec. 6. Other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by Supervisor. 7. Lead work groups in standardization of engineering practices. 8. Maintain house keeping disciplines and safety procedures in the office and work area.
Requirements
Job Requirement : Education required: Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related from recognized institutions. Years of experience: 1 Minimum 6 years working experience for Staff Engineer. 2 Minimum 3 years working experience for Senior Engineer. 3 NA for engineer Preferably: More than 2 years working experience in the semiconductor environment Skills / Abilities: 1 Good Analytical skills, Initiative and strong drive for improvements 2 Should be a good team player and a good communicator 3 Should be able to work with different modules in the organization to develop a robust process, reduce cost & improve yield and manufacturability 4 A thorough knowledge of CMOS process flow and common failure mechanisms would be beneficial 5 Possess the skills to plan, execute, and report experiments and results. 6 Should be proactive in verifying process margins and propose 7 Preferably to have device development / Cu Dual Damascene Integration / Yield
