Job Description
1. hands on experience on TEM, EMMI / OBIRCH, SEM/FIB, wafer sample prep 2.To set-up efficient FA flow to manage job submission and report generation. 3. To set-up and maintain an efficient and cost-effective out-source for analytical support. 4. To install FA equipment to support analytical services and fault isolation FA. 5. To established advanced FA capabilities to support fab operations. 6. To ensure proper PM schedules for all FA equipment and good house-keeping. 7. To set-up training programs for FA engineers and technicians. 8. To drive for continuous improvement in FA support. 9. To drive and participate in CFT for resolving any fab yield or customer return cases. 10. Establish and maintain positive interface to other modules and customers.
Requirements
1. Sound knowledge of Device Physics and advanced semiconductor fabrication process. 2. Understanding of advanced failure analysis/analytical techniques for Semiconductor FA. 3. Excellent Communication and Writing Skills required. 4. Positive, proactive and forward looking attitude
