Job Description
Job Responsibility : To manage the following areas to ensure effectiveness and timely resolution of issues and completion of projects: 1. Manage Customer Service Section 2. Link with Customer Engineering and Planning 3. New process product release management 4. Manage customer quality issue and return material (RMA) 5. Manage customer audit/survey 6. Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Survey 7. Coordinate customer quality issue, complaints, audit nonconformity with relevant party 8. Identify training needs for subordinates to improve their skill and competency
Requirements
Job Requirement : Education required: Minimum Bachelors Degree and above in related field. Years of experience: Minimum 7 years working experience. Skills / Abilities: 1. Project management 2. Able to work in minimum supervision and teamwork oriented 3. Able to work with team of people 4. Have good communication skill 5. Able to travel in short notice
