To involve in customer?s meeting and conference call.
To be flexible in supporting customer?s tape out requests in resolving technical roadblocks.
To design the process flow for prototyping and execute the prototyping.

Responsibilities:
1. To work on the Silicon Photonics process integration and development.
2. To involve in optical test characterization and analysis to enable the process integration, yield debugging and development roadblocks.
3. To work on the tape out for customers' product chips tape out prior to mass production stage.
4. To participate in the innovation activities, publication, patents submission and roadshow support to promote Silterra?s capability in Silicon Photonics process development and manufacturing excellence.
