Requirements:

    Approved request related to Compensation & Benefits administrative system activity.

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Administration, and above in related field and (or) equivalent related working experience.

    Years Of Experience:

    Minimum 5-7 years Human Resources Management experience in the manufacturing industry. Possesses thorough understanding of Industry Compensation & Benefits.

    Skills Required:

    1. Has pleasant, approachable and tactful personality with good communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

    2. Demonstrate sound judgement, maturity and high personal integrity and able to work independently.

    3. Well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and Industrial Relations practices and knowledge.

    4. Result oriented team player.

Responsibilities:

    1. Clarifies C&B related policies and procedures, provides instruction, counsels and possibly training regarding C&Bsubject matter.

    2. Carry out industrial surveys, generate accurate and meaningful reports for review to ensure the compensation andbenefits stay competitive in the industry market.

    3. Review site benefits related matters and to propose necessary changes to support overall rewards philosophytaking into consideration financial implications, market practice.

    4. Leading the C&B team in governing the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Human ResourceInformation System (HRIS) to ensure all data maintained are accurate to generate accurate reports, processing datafor monthly payroll and employee personal file management.

    5. Oversee the payroll, ensuring compliance and data integrity and accuracy of the payroll function.

    6. Keep abreast with updates in government regulations, legislation and compensation and benefits trends. Ensure that compensation and benefits practices are in compliance
