To involve in customer's meeting and conference call.
To be flexible in supporting customer's tape out requests in resolving technical roadblocks.

Responsibilities:
To involve in PDK development to fulfill the Silicon Photonics road map.
To work on Silicon photonics component designs, PDK and simulation.
To support the Silicon Photonics process integration and development.
To involve in optical test characterization and analysis to support the process integration, yield debugging and development roadblocks.
To work on the tape out for test chips and specific customer's test chip prior to mass production stage.
To participate in the innovation activities, publication, patents submission and roadshow support to promote Silterra's capability in Silicon Photonics process development and manufacturing excellence.
