Job Requirements

-Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Material Sciences or related field from a recognized institution

-Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in relevant field such as IC Design, Product Engineering, Product Quality & Failure Analysis, NPI (for Senior Engineers).

-Skills / Abilities: Device physics, statistical analysis, electrical testing

Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

-to provide technical interface to customers & the fab and ensure smooth exchange of technical data

-to provide technical program management to sustain the customers

-to participate in/assist customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development & qualification

-to aid in customer technology transfer/development, lead/participate in new technology development & introduction program for customer

-to provide active support/technical expertise to Sales & Marketing to close new business

-to own & provide technical support to customer tapeout, own & process prototype lot, coordinate/support post-fabout customer prototype qualification activities to ramp the proto device into production in shortest possible time

-work with Yield Engineering to meet/exceed product yield entitlement

-work with manufacturing team to meet the production goals
