Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Engineering field
Some experience as Facilities maintenance an advantage
1. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
2. Experience using hand and electrical tools
3. Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
4. Very good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Physical stamina and dexterity
Responsibilities:
1. Tool Hook Up projects - Prepare work permit, work notice, tool box meeting and supervision
2. Hi Vac and Abatement Exhaust - Round checking, Schedule & Unschedule PM, exhaust monitoring, Issues troubleshooting, adhoc repairs.
3. Cleanroom systems - Periodic Checks, maintenance and minor repair of floors, walls, ceilings, doors, Air Shower and light fittings
4. Execute task as per EHS tracking issue and 6S issue and housekeeping
