1. Direct wafer-fab experience in Etch equipment
2. A hand-on technical manager and proven leadership.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead overall Etch equipment team
2. Manage and improve overall equipment uptime performance.
3. Drive OEE in term of quality, cost, productivity in Etch equipment
4. Coach and train equipment engineers and technicians.
5. Lead equipment roadmap for future need of process/product technology.
