Requirements:

    Disciplinary Works - needs to investigate after receiving the DAF, call a meeting, to prepare the Show Cause Letter, To prepare for DI, Charge Letter, to prepare for the DI Panel Appointment Letter, etc.

    Cafeteria Management - manage Cafe complain and resolve it. Work with Facility and employees and also the Caterer. Meeting with Caterer and find the solution.

    First Aid Centre (FAC) Management - to ensure FAC is working as per schedule, serving employees with MC, Health Check, Insurance approval. Event Management - to prepare Board Paper, MEMO for approval. To broadcast News, Coordinating Long Service Award, Annual Dinner, etc.

Responsibilities:

    To execute daily ERS activities not limited to Disciplinary Cases, Cafe Management, First Aid Centre Management, Event manage, sports activities.
