Requirements:
- Degree holders in related fields
- Fresh or with working experience are welcomed
- Effective communication in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft office

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer account and attend to customer inquiries and customer related issues
- Support Sales Reps by implementing sales processes and providing administration support to Sales Reps
- Prepare quotation and handle customer order processing
- Responsible on Order Management System (ERP Order Management) to establish customer profile, price list and order entry.
- Support finance in billing and payment follow up
- Manage customer NDA, contract and customer or business-related documentation and administration work
