Requirements:

1. Lead a group of engineers to achieve aggressive yields and D0 goals for mass production technologies for multiple customers.

2. Develop and optimize CMOS Integration Flow for good Manufacturability, Yield & Reliability

3. Root cause identification of Etest, Sort, FT, Reliability failures and leading the team to implement process fixes.

4. Lead multi-disciplined teams to resolve product and line yield issues by designing and analyzing appropriate experiments.

5. Successfully introduce customer proto-types, optimize processes and nurture through to mass manufacturing phase.

6. Manage weekly conference calls, QBRs with customers.

7. Set goals and timelines for engineers and track their progress to completion.

8. Manage multiple projects for process / yield/ defectivity improvements.

Responsibilities:

1. Focus on mass production ramping and daily disposition activities.

2. Focus on Cu process and Emerging technologies production ramping with focus on process optimization, Cycle Time improvement and Capacity Expansion.

3. Work with customers for the NTO ramping, yield analysis and improvement.
