Requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. To manage Production Control function group

2. Liaise with Business Planning, Industrial Engineering, Process Integration, Manufacturing & other related departments to ensure all Production lots FAB Out requirements are met the Cycle Time commit

3. Liaise with Business Planning/Industrial Engineering on Monthly/Quarterly wafers starts, wafers out plan and cycle time commitment

4. Participate in New Production Introduction & execution of Prototype lots to ensure the cycle time commit are met.

5. To set the monthly Moves target and Wafer Out target for Manufacturing

6. To ensure line item meet Business Planning requirement with 100% OTD

7. Plan and strategize daily WIP movement by setting daily Target Moves by modules for Manufacturing

8. Participate in In-Out Inventory management and lots priority change to ensure line balancing

9. Update operational performance in the daily operation meeting

10. Generate and maintain production indices reports to ensure fab visibility

11. To monitor and follow up the daily move and wafers out are met

12. Build & enhance AutoSimulations Productivity Family (APF) reports & system for Operation use

13. Participate in SDL rules assignment setting with Manufacturing and Mfg System team
