Requirements:
Degree in electronics/electrical/mechatronics. Knows how to use hand tools and multimeters, capable to do tool troubleshooting. Can read schematic diagrams for gas/pneumatic and electrical/electronics system. Hands on experience on Aviza/ASML/SVG/TEL/ASM vertical furnaces/AMAT Centura Platform, or ASM Ge Epi E2000 and Epitaxial. Process, ISO and IATF knowledge/skills is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Responsible in maintaining tool uptime in consistent with production needs, KPI and ensure that tools are operated in optimal process output conditions with fullest safety standards. Knowledge about methods to reduce thickness and particle defects as well as to achieve better within wafer film thickness uniformity. Hands on Experience in Robot automation systems, wafer handling systems of Aviza/ASML/SVG/TEL/ASM vertical furnaces. Conduct trainings and continue improve tool performance.
