Job Responsibility:
1. In charge of Inline defect reduction and line sustaining activities.
2. To carry out inline defect reduction project.
3. Implement, enhance and sustain inline defect monitoring system.
4. To do line troubleshooting/analysis related to inline defect issues.
5. Generate/revise inline related spec.
6. Other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by Supervisor.
7. Lead work groups in standardization of engineering practices.
8. Maintain housekeeping disciplines and safety procedures in the office and work area.
9. Follow and comply with any procedures and measures stipulated in these following Silterra's
Management Systems:
i. Quality Management System- ISO 9001
ii. Hazardous Substance Process Management System- IECQ QC080000
iii. Environmental Management System- ISO 14001
iv. Occupational Health & Safety Management System- ISO 45001
v. Automotive Quality Management System IATF 16949
vi. Information Security Management System ISO/IEC 27001
