The job incumbent's scope of work is summarized as below:
1. To lead task forces to support the development, qualification, improvements and sustaining new technologies.
2. Should be able to design, execute and analyze experiments that will allow us to debug various process issues.
3. Knowledge of semiconductor processes is a must.
4. To transfer process technologies from customers.
5. Provide technical support on customers' requests
6. Support the development of new processes and products based on customers' needs
7. Coordinate available resources from the process engineering, product engineering, FA and manufacturing group in trouble-shooting, resolving issues, process Improvement and yield enhancement
8. Enhance the yield and reliability of the acquired technology and process
