Requirements:

1. Degree or Masters in Electronics/ Electrical/Mechanical/ Physics/Material Science or relevant field

2. Preferably two or three years experience in the Semiconductor fabrication process module or process integration.

3. Fresh graduate candidates in Physics, Electronics / Material science background are also welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

1. Lead development of new processes for Life Science/Integrate MTM devices.

2. Plan, create, develop and standardize the process flow for specific devices.

3. Coordinate day to day activities of unit process development and process integration development.

4. Continuous process improvement and DOE plan/execute to improve the device performance.

5. Collect, review, analyze the data and establish the manufacturable process modules.

6. Work with the electrical characterization and packaging team to validate the developed process & devices

7. Understand the interactions between the device design, fabrication process, packaging process and reliability
