2. Ensure all tools and process meet requirements for production.
3. Managing day-to-day Implant operation related activities.
4. Participate in Yield improvement activities.
5. Ensure robust process with SPC control.
6. Achieve lowest Cost of Ownership for Implant module.
7. Work with other modules cooperatively to resolve line issues in timely manner.
8. Ensure a safe working environment for all staffs.
9. Participate in fab ramp activities.
