Job Requirements:
? Hands on experience on EMMI / OBIRCH, TEM, SEM, FIB & wafer sample prep
? Sound knowledge of Device Physics and advanced semiconductor fabrication process.
? Understanding of advanced failure analysis/analytical techniques for Semiconductor FA.
? Excellent communication and writing skills
? Positive, proactive and forward looking attitude
Responsibilities:
? Conduct complex wafer level analysis, utilizing electrical fault isolation and physical FA tool
? Establish advanced FA capabilities to support fab operations.
? Perform and drive continuous improvement in FA support.
? Work with customer and provide value add services to resolve excursion and improve yield.
? Keep FA equipment at good performance at all time and explore its analysis capability
? Manage efficient and cost-effective out-source for analytical support.
? To set-up training programs for FA engineers and technicians.
? Establish and maintain positive interface to other modules and customers.
