Requirements:

    - Master or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Applied Physics, or a related field.

    - Minimum 10 years of industry experience in semiconductor technology, product engineering, or technical program management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

    - Deep understanding of Silicon Photonics, IC technology development, product qualification, yield analysis, and high-volume manufacturing practices.

    - Proven track record of successful customer engagements and technical program execution.

    - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

    - Provide strategic and technical leadership in managing all customer engineering activities, acting as the key technical liaison between customers and internal teams.

    - Drive cross-functional coordination across fab integration, TD, QA, Reliability, business planning and manufacturing teams to ensure customer success across development, qualification, and production ramps.

    - Lead technical program management for key customer accounts, ensuring timely tapeouts, and smooth volume production transitions.

    - Organize and conduct problem-solving sessions (during development and production) to ensure customer products are delivered on time and of adequate quality.

    - Support business development efforts with technical credibility, shaping proposals and guiding technical discussions with customers.

    - Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing customer engineering team, fostering strong internal-external collaboration and building customer trust.
