1. Currently pursuing Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn about different HR functions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. To assist the HR Related matters especially on the documentations & fillings, preparation of report, data analysis under Staffing & Compensation & Benefit.
2. Collaboration with universities to develop and train potential talent in the field of HR and the semiconductor industry.
