Requirements:
1. Able to use basic hand tools for repair and maintenance
2. Able to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
3. Able to use handheld meters, Oscilloscopes and such for troubleshooting
4. Able to troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures
5. Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronics failures
6. Able to use a PC and familiar with Excel, Word, Powerpoint
7. Able to read and understand documents and specifications
8. Able to write reports and procedures
9. Aptitude in handling high precision/ complex equipment preferred
10. Good interpersonal and leadership skills
11. Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with peers
12. Detailed oriented, well organized, results oriented, and self-motivated
13. Capable of working both in groups, and independently.
Responsibilities:
1. To perform all scheduled PM?s for tools in Implant area.
2. To manage day-to-day activities
3. To resolve all equipment interruptions in a timely manner.
4. To troubleshoot and repair all tool issue, to minimizing tool downtime.
5. To organize all spare parts, consumables, supplies, tools.
6. To maintain X-site state of tool on time, clock on, clock off and add comments appropriately.
7. To attend pass-down meetings, prepare notes and send report to all Engineering team in Implant area.
8. Be a member of ERT team and attend ERT calls (selected).
9. To establish PM and equipment improvement methodology.
10. To start up new tools on schedule.
11. Work as a team with both process and manufacturing engineers to meet the Module?s objectives.
12. Be a mentor for new Technicians during their On Job Training period.
13. Support equipment engineers? activities in improving equipment uptimes and cost reduction programs and second source qualification
14. Work on Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to solve Equipment & Process issues
15. Support the process engineer activity to achieve highest tool availability in Implant area.
16. To be proactive in resolving tools issues.
17. Improve PM Methodology and implement predictive maintenance
