7. To ensure equipment indices are meeting the targeted value
8. Work with process engineering on module development
9. Work with process engineering to meet targeted defect density
10. Work with manufacturing to meet the production goals
11. Other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Responsibilities:
Job Responsibility :
1. The job incumbent?s scope of work is summarized as below:
a. Equipment related to Metal deposition, with complete understanding on at least one of
the following tools
__ Liner barrier/Metal slab/ RTP & Salicide, Tungsten CVD process relating to metal films
b. Need also to have a good understanding on
__ All aspects of component operations, defect points and system integration
__ Historical and Derived knowledge about issues of owned tool
__ Preventive maintenance items on the tool
c. Ownership of equipment of at least one Metrology Equipment.
2. To achieve lowest cost of ownership and equipment
3. To establish PM and equipment improvement methodology
4. To involve in yield improvement and module development
5. To transfer/accept unit process from technology partner
6. To start up the equipment on schedule
