Responsibilities:
Job Responsibility :
To manage the following areas to ensure effectiveness and timely resolution of issues and completion of projects:
1. Manage Customer Service Section
2. Link with Customer Engineering and Planning
3. New process product release management
4. Manage customer quality issue and return material (RMA)
5. Manage customer audit/survey
6. Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Survey
7. Coordinate customer quality issue, complaints, audit nonconformity with relevant party
8. Identify training needs for subordinates to improve their skill and competency
