Requirements:
A good team player, self-motivated, dedicated and capable to work independently. Hands on experience with
(i) PDA tools including ANSYS Lumerical and LUCEDA IPKISS
(ii) EDA tools including CADENCE, SYNOPSYS and MENTOR,
(iii) Verilog-A and Phyton language., and
(iv) electronic lab instruments and Silicon Photonics on-wafer probing
Responsibilities:
1. Work on silicon photonics model development and perform model's QA & validation for PIC design.
2. To support process development team on silicon photonics component level design and generate test chip for model development and validation.
3. To perform electrical & optical test characterization, and device level performance analysis for model development.
4. Support the PDK team on process design kit development to fulfill the silicon photonics road map.
5. To participate in the innovation activities, publication and patents
