Major Specialization: Electrical/Electronics & Material Engineering; Science discipline or related fields
Yield of relevant experience: 3-5 years
? Hands on experience in wafer probing and ceramic package testing and troubleshooting
? Relevant experience in wafer reliability assessment with knowledge in statistical analysis.
? Sound knowledge of Device Physics and advanced semiconductor fabrication process and device integration.
? Excellent communication and writing skills
? Positive, proactive and forward looking attitude
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
?Perform CMOS Technology & Silicon Photonic Wafer Reliability Test and conduct product Lifetime Assessment per industrial references
?Set up reliability test instrument and perform trouble shooting and optimization for optimum result and turn around time
?Generate suitable test structure for each wafer reliability assessment
?Conduct effective reliability performance monitoring plan and drive process improvement where necessary
?Propose proper qualification plan and reliability assessment to Technology & Fab Process owner
?Liaise with out-source vendors for reliability test capacity planning & load scheduling.
