Requirements:
1. To maintain the diffusion/furnace related process to achieve the highest quality and maximize yield.
2. To achieve lowest cost of ownership of process and equipment.
3. To create / improve robust Diffusion related process recipes according to specification.
4. To involve in yield improvement and new technology development activities.
5. To establish equipment acceptance procedures and process improvement methodology.
6. To ensure the robustness of the Diffusion processes with SPC control.
7. To develop training and certification program for module and manufacturing personnel.
8. To support new tool installation, verify & release tools for production.
9. To keep, maintain & revise Diffusion process & operation spec document.
10. To involve in technology transistor/device parameter targeting by supporting Integration engineers split runs.
11. To perform disposition for lots on hold by referring to SPACE (SPC)/tool alarms/tool history/datalogs/CADETS.
12. To work with Manufacturing to resolve production issues & reduce lot cycle time.
13. To supervise subordinates & help coordinate departmental resources to meet strategic and
OEE requirements.
14. To sustain and improve fab lot cycle time with various activities on the job floor.
Responsibilities:
1.Access Factory Works client (FW) and SPACE (SPC) application for lot disposition and improve cycle time.
2.Access tool database and dataplot for recipe setup and process troubleshooting.
3.To access statistical tools like DATA POWER/KLARITY DEFECT/WAFER SLEUTH/JMP for process troubleshooting, defects reduction, yield improvement and Etest data analysis.
4.Operate and use metrology tools like ellipsometer, SDI, QUANTOX, SP1 surfscan and SEMVision for inline monitoring, troubleshooting and defect reduction.
5.To maintain data integrity and high level of confidentiality (especially on recipes management) by maintaining all level of users access/passwords.
6.Access RCS to manage and control the recipe release status in the tool.
7.Setup the recipe structure in RMS specification.
8.Access to Xsite to control the tool status including release and shutdown the tool.
9.Access the CIM UI interface to understand the EI related matters including reset EI tool hold alarm, refresh EI of tool, reset LPT etc.
10. Access to SERI writing for engineering split runs.
