Job Responsibility :
1. To manage day-to-day equipment related activities (PM & Engineering works), and resolve all equipment interruptions in a timely manner.
2. To maintain good tools performance, in order to meet the target Uptime, SPC Controls, Yield indices and Cost of Ownership.
3. To maintain good parts management for all spares, consumables & support tools.
4. To establish PM and equipment improvement methodology.
5. To work as a team with both process and manufacturing engineers to meet the Module objectives.
6. Train new equipment technicians / engineers (for senior engineer).
7. Work on Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to meet expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
8. To maintain equipment ECN documentation and other specifications of the department.
9. To start up and qualify new process tool, during capacity expansion project.
10. Follow and comply with any procedures and measures stipulated in these following
