1) Assist Senior/ Manager in updating IGU's policies from time to time.
2) Administrative support to the Senior/ Manager and provide timely response to internal/ external auditors on IGU's matters.
3) Assist Senior/ Manager in preparing Board papers, minutes of meeting, etc.
4) Assist Senior/ Manager in IGU investigations and drafting of investigation reports.
5) Assist Senior/ Manager in the execution of governance and awareness matters.
6) Assist Senior/ Manager in maintaining the whistleblowing platforms and compiling relevant reports for pre-screening by the Investigation Committee ("IC").
7) Assist Senior/ Manager in updating of IGU tasks in the Project & Support Tracking System.
8) Undertake ad-hoc assignments by Senior/ Manager as and when required.
