Requirements:
1.Able to work in 12 hours shifts with 3/4 workday per weeks.
2.Support PM/Adhoc task in ASML tool/TEL track and metrology tool.
3.Work together with manufacturing, equipment and process team.
4.Follow and comply with any procedures and measures stipulated in these following Silterra Management system

Responsibilities:
Work in photo lithography to achieve below goal :
1.To achieve lowest cost of ownership for all equipment and materials
2.TO participate in yield improvement and module development
3.To establish PM and equipment improvement methodology
4.Troubleshoot equipment problems and implements correction actions
5.To generate and update equipment / PM specifications.
6.Work with all groups to minimize/control rework and wafer scrap rates
7.To generate and update PFD and SPC control
