Requirements:
1. To run and scan on all brightfield and darkfield tools for all inline inspection step. 2. To review all the lots under LEICA and SEM for those lots out of control chart. 3. To dispose all the lots after inspection done and strictly follow OCAPs 4. To carry out continuous improvement project 5. To update daily production indices and raise Defect Notice for Out of control and Out of spec lots. 6. To ensure continuous support for daily wafer fab moved and wafer quality. 7. Sustain SDL compliance and meet lot cycle time. 8. Create inspection recipe for Senior Technician and above.. 9. Support Level 1 tool recovery for all inspectors. 10. Maintain 5S housekeeping. 11. To do line troubleshooting related to OQA defects. 12. Follow and comply with any procedures and measures stipulated in these following SilTerra?s Management Systems: i. Quality Management System- ISO 9001 ii. Hazardous Substance Process Management System- IECQ QC080000 iii. Environmental Management System- ISO 14001 iv. Occupational Health & Safety Management System- ISO 45001 v. Automotive Quality Management System ? IATF 16949 vi. Information Security Management System ? ISO/IEC 27001
