2. To achieve lowest cost of ownership of process and equipment
3. To create robust Implant process recipes according to specification
4. To involve in yield improvement and module development
5. To establish equipment acceptance procedures and improvement methodology 6. To ensure the robustness of the Implant processes with FDC/SPC control
7. To develop training and certification program for module and manufacturing personnel
8. To support new tool installation, verify & release tools for production
9. To keep & revise Implant process & operation spec document
10. To involve in transistor targeting by supporting Integration
11. To disposition lots on hold
12. To work with Manufacturing to resolve production issues & reduce cycle time 13. To supervise subordinates & help coordinate departmental resources to meet tactical and strategic requirements
