Requirements:

    Master or BSc in Industrial Engineering, Operation Research, Math Engineering, other Engineering fields

    >8 years Engineering experience preferably in Wafer Fab with record improvement implementation

    Good knowledge in statistical analysis and big data analysis

    Demonstrate results based on continuous improvement approach such as Six Sigma DMAIC, OEE, Lean Manufacturing

    Ability to coach new team members

    Good command of both spoken and written English

    Strong in common sense and data validation

    Willing to extend working hours and work in shift when required

    Willing to travel oversea when required

Responsibilities:

    Overall Fab Capacity Analysis

    Product Mix Optimization

    Annual Operating Plan (AOP) capacity assessment

    Weekly start capacity validation

    Ad hoc capacity ramp request

    Generate capable capacity with and without CapEx requirement

    Propose optimum loading plan to maximize revenue and minimize CapEx requirement

    2. Lead Lean Manufacturing and Productivity Projects

    To lead continuous improvement activities to improve/increase capacity level of the tool and smoothen manufacturing operations

    3. Module support

    a. Individual module continuous improvements to smoothen manufacturing operations. Apply Lean Manufacturing and OEE concept.

    b. Perform individual module capacity assessment

    c. Continuous data verification to sustain accuracy
