Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering /Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Materials Science/Applied Sciences or related field from a recognized institution.

Fresh graduate or minimum 3 years working experience preferably in relevant field such as NPI, Product and Yield Engineering, Product Quality, Failure Analysis and SPC, IC Layout Design, Process Integration.

Responsibilities:

1. To provide technical interface to customers & the fab and ensure smooth exchange of technical data.

2. To provide technical program management to sustain the customers

3. To participate in/assist customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development & qualification.

4. To support customer technology transfer/development, lead/participate in new technology development & introduction program for customer

5. To provide active support /technical expertise to Sales & Marketing to close new business.

6. To own or provide technical support to customer tapeout, own & process prototype lot, coordinate/support post-fabout customer prototype qualification activities to ramp the prototype devices into mass production in shortest possible time.

7. To follow and comply with company's Quality, Management and Information Security Systems.
