Requirements:

Responsibilities:

    1. To provide IT application technical support, change request support for end-users and troubleshooting support to ensure business continuity.

    2. Manage day to day application operations support and system problem solving, support on application functionality, application setup and work closely with development team to support in house online application system.

    3. To provide account management support and deployment of in-house developed applications.

    4. To provide intranet website development and maintenance to end-users.

    5. To provide internet website support and maintenance of www.silterra.com.

    6. To perform Software QA for online application based on SRS (Software Requirement Specification).

    7. To perform online application deployment.

    8. To provide support and maintenance of MyFab Portal/B2B/MyBus/ETL.

    9. To provide support and maintenance of MyVendor portal.

    10. To provide Dashboard (Power BI) development and maintenance to end-users.

    11. Standby to provide 7 x 24 hours support onsite/remote support.

    12. Account/Access Management.

    13. Project support.
