Responsibilities:

1. To manage all manufacturing activities.

2. To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer.

3. To manage the daily production and continuous productivity improvement.

4. To maximize quality output, managing the `bottle neck'

5. To train and utilize all manufacturing technicians and specialists.

6. To ensure the daily production target is met.

7. To ensure productivity improvement.

8. To ensure good cycle time.

9. To ensure safety and discipline,

10. Support meeting company's quality and reliability goals,

11. Follow and comply with any procedures or measures stipulated in SILTERRA Environmental Management System.
