Job Responsibility :
1. Assist in implementing process improvement projects.
2. Respond to SPC violation data and carry out annotation.
3. Perform CADET Material Dispositions. The disposition includes of rework, touch-up, visual inspection and escalates issues to MFG and Engineering.
4. Perform new ISRM/CLC process recipe creation.
5. Attend required training sessions to excel in the job. Typical training includes process training, application software training, inline defects monitor system training & SPC training.
6. Execute Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAP) outlined in all OCAP specs.
7. Follow established Operations & Process Specifications and various written procedures.
8. Comply with procedures stipulated in SilTerra Environmental Management System.
9. Ensure safe working environment.
10. Participate in the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
11. Follow and comply with any procedures and measures stipulated in these following SilTerra?s Management Systems:
i. Quality Management System- ISO 9001
ii. Hazardous Substance Process Management System- IECQ QC080000
iii. Environmental Management System- ISO 14001
