Education required:
Minimum Bachelors Degree and above in related field.
Years of experience:
Minimum 8 years working experience.
Preferably:
1. 8 years working experience in the semiconductor industry.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Clean Tech.

3. Strong leadership skills ? able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

5. Knowledgeable in the theoretical fundamentals of Clean Tech
6. Knowledgeable in analytical techniques, such as AFM, SEM, SIMS, TXRF, ICP-MS
7. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with PC applications software
8. Knowledgeable in process troubleshooting and equipment troubleshooting & repair
9. Knowledgeable in Implant/diffusion process development techniques using DOE and
statistical analysis of experimental data.
10.Knowledgeable in SPC
11. Good in motivating and training people
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure robust process with SPC control.
2. Improve on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.
3. Troubleshoot process issues, establish Control Action System, specifications for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes.
4. Work with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality.
5. Start up new equipment processes which involves process characterization and development.
6. Achieve lowest Cost of Ownership for module.
7. Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation.
8. Improve qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools.
9. Ensure productivity improvement through process changes, document, as well as implement process capability and work with equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment.
10. Organize and oversee training for PTs to upgrade their technical skills.
