Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Facilities Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees may be preferred.
Years of Experience: Total of 10 years' experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Managerial position.
Experience: Extensive experience in facilities engineering, with a focus on system design, maintenance, and project management.
Skills Required: Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements is essential.

Technical Expertise: Provide deep knowledge in facility systems including HVAC, electrical, gas & chemical, and structural.
Project Oversight: Lead design teams in construction/renovation projects, ensuring compliance with all codes and standards.
Quality Assurance: Review and approve engineering designs and submittals to meet quality and client expectations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs follow safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Consultation: Advise on facility engineering, safety programs, capital asset management, and related policies.
Training: Train engineering and operations staff, promoting continuous improvement.
Innovation: Recommend innovative solutions to boost operational efficiency.
Reporting: Report directly to Head of Facilities.
Specifications: Define, approve, and enforce departmental operating specifications.
Cost Reduction: Drive ongoing programs to cut OPEX.
Execution: Ensure timely completion of projects/ARs in assigned areas.
Budgeting: Prepare and secure OPEX and CAPEX approval per Finance schedule.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to departmental goal setting.
Performance Management: Manage engineers, contractors, and vendors for performance and compliance.
KRAs: Develop and monitor KRAs aligned with Facilities and Corporate goals.
Training Coordination: Plan and coordinate training for team members.
