6. In the absence of Operation Department head, the appointed proxy assumes his/her roles and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1.To manage all manufacturing Operations functions which include Manufacturing, Production Control.
2. To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer
3. To maximum revenue for the company.
4. To maximize Fab capacity and utilization
5. To meet or exceed company?s quality and reliability goals
6. To meet all statutory requirements
7. To ensure that the Fab is safe and healthy place for all to work in.
8. To ensure compliance to SilTerra?s Environmental Management (EMS)
9. To minimize risk for the company.
10. To ensure efficient manufacturing practices are in place Via theory of Constraints (T.O.C0 Program)
