Minimum 10 years working experience.
Preferably:
1. 8 years working experience in the semiconductor industry.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in Clean Tech.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in managing people
Skills Required:

3. Strong leadership skills ? able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
4. Results oriented, well organized and self-motivated
5. Knowledgeable in the theoretical fundamentals of Clean Tech & CMP
6. Knowledgeable in analytical techniques, such as AFM, SEM, SIMS, TXRF, ICP-MS
7. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with PC applications software
8. Knowledgeable in process troubleshooting and equipment troubleshooting & repair
9. Knowledgeable in Clean Tech & CMP process development techniques using DOE and statistical analysis of experimental data.
10.Knowledgeable in SPC
11. Good in motivating and training people
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Process engineering team.
2. Monitor and control process performance indices.
3. Organize training for PEs to upgrade their technical skills.
4. Ensure robust process with SPC control.
5. To manage day-to-day Clean Tech process related activities.
6. Facilitate and participate in cost reduction programs.
7. Work with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality.
8. Ensure a safe working environment for staff.
9. Participate in fab ramp activities
