Requirements:
1. Ability to effectively communicate in the English language
2. Ability to effectively communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
3. Able to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
4. Team Player
5. Detailed oriented, well organized, results oriented, and self-motivated
6. Proficient with PC?s and PC applications software
7. Knowledgeable in electronics and mechanical systems. Familiar with IC methodologies and equipment and clean room practices.
8. Capable of working both in groups, and independently.
9. Able to lift and accurately manipulate 50 lb objects and operate a variety of hand-held tools
Responsibilities:
1. Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance (PM) programs on advanced metrology and IC process equipment
2. Perform PM?s and Gauge R&R?s on advanced metrology and IC process equipment.
3. Calibrate advanced metrology and IC process equipment.
4. Receive equipment vendor training for all major process and metrology tools & transfer
this knowledge to other members of the team
5. Follow established Equipment PM Specifications and various written procedures
6. Assist in the installation and qualify advanced IC Metrology and Process Equipment
7. Work on Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to solve Equipment & Process issues
8. Assist Production as needed to ensure Production targets are met
9. Participate in new tool qualification & release tools for production
10. Comply with procedures stipulated in SilTerra Environmental Management System.
11. Ensure safe working environment
12. Comply with requirements of SilTerra EMS.
