Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 1to 2 years in a supervisory position.
Key Competencies & Skills:
Good understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of general insurance policies and risk assessment is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
