Requirements:

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 1to 2 years in a supervisory position.

    Key Competencies & Skills:

    Good understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

    Knowledge of general insurance policies and risk assessment is a plus.

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred.

    Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

    Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

    The Section Head / Section Manager supports the Senior Manager in managing the full spectrum of financial operations including financial reporting, treasury, tax, compliance, and internal controls. This role also oversees general insurance matters and ensures adherence to the Delegation of Authority (DOA) policy. The position ensures accurate reporting, cash flow visibility, risk mitigation, and supports business continuity through strong internal control practices and stakeholder coordination.
