1. In charge of the process sustaining activities in the area, which involves ? beam tuning monitoring SPC charts, disposition of lots, help to resolve bottleneck tools, monitor metrology tool performance, support manufacturing to achieve the move targets
2. Provide good communication between shifts and follow-up on the prior shift activities, fab priorities.
3. Attend required training sessions to excel in the job. Typical training includes process
training, application software training, inline defect monitor system training, SPC training.
Train new hires.
4. Support engineering projects, new tool installation and qualification.
